Ticketing Information

Concession Tickets

Concession pricing is available for:

• Students (requires a valid Student ID)
• People under 16
• Seniors Card holders
• Health Care Card holders (issued by the Australian Government)
• Pension card holders — including Age pension, Disability Support Pension, or Carer Pension

Please note that you may be asked to present proof of eligibility at the event.

Event pages will indicate whether concession is available.

Companion Card

We accept Companion Card. Eligible cardholders receive a second ticket at no charge for their companion. Please contact us prior to booking to let us know you will be using a Companion Card. 

Refunds

Refunds are available in line with the Live Performance Australia Ticketing Code of Practice. As per Council's Arts and Culture Events Ticketing Policy, a refund will be provided if:

• an event is cancelled
• an event is rescheduled and you cannot attend the new date
• an event is significantly relocated

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within seven (7) days and include your ticket details. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.

Please note: refunds are not provided for change of mind or inability to attend.

Exchanges

Ticket exchanges may be available subject to availability and at the discretion of Council. Price differences may apply.
